What’s is the hardest reality or fear that the narcissist has told you to accept? In fact reverse it. It’s their fear. They told you are a bad spouse or a bad parent or a bad supporter in reality world they were. Take those fears and challenge them. Write down all the good things you have accomplished. Write your own story and make it a good one!!
