☀️🎉 CONGRATULATIONS to the December 2024 Soul Power Solar Training Tier I class, who received their Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10 certification! We are so proud of our graduating students. Thank you to our facilitators and program partners for making this cohort possible.

Our next stop will be the Tier II cohort, where students will continue with their training for the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Core Construction certification and begin the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) PV Associate certification.

Thank you to the prospective students who joined us for this week’s Soul Power Training Info Session at Michigan City H.O.P.E. Community Center! ☀️

Enrollment is still open for this *free* comprehensive solar energy training course: a 24-hour solar training with a 16-hour CORE Construction training.

🗓️ Classes begin on Monday, November 11th at 10 AM.

✅ Stipend: Receive a $300 stipend upon successful completion of the training.

⚙️ Career Pathway: Once completed, applicants have the potential to go to on the job training with non-union companies and the potential to register in the IBEW local 531 apprenticeship electrician program. Completion of Tier I also offers students the opportunity to proceed to Tier II and Tier III Trainings within the program.
