Recently, Tannehill Community Soup Kitchen received a generous $1,000 grant from Walmart Michigan City to support our efforts to feed the community!

Today, we were so grateful to Billy from the Harris Family Farm Foundation for the donation of many pounds of organic lettuce and a ton of sourdough bread! From left to right: Tom who serves as our Food Safety Manager and board member; Billy from Harris Family Farm Foundation; Bill who is our dedicated, volunteer Chef; and Kathy, a long-time soup kitchen volunteer.

Another big thank you to the Michigan City Walmart and the Harris Family Farm Foundation! It means so much to have thoughtful community partners that help us feed our neighbors nutritious meals!
