Greetings! We are an unofficial group that's part of the Franciscan Health Michigan City's Volunteer Services Department. We meet for a few hours every couple of weeks to create pieces of comfort and then donate them to those in need.
This group is opened to the public, and for yarn crafters of all abilities! We do not provide any materials, so make sure you bring your hooks or needles, and yarn! You're encouraged to work on pieces that meet your ability and interests as this is a club and not a class. If you want to learn the fundamentals of knitting, we can show you how to get started.
Our next meeting is scheduled to meet on Friday July 8th in the Mother Maria Theresia Conference Room located at 3500 Franciscan Way, Michigan City IN. We have the room from 12:00pm-2:00pm, please feel free to come and go as needed!
