A big shout-out to the young woman waiting tables at Los Tres Amigos during dinner tonight. ❤️
From what we could see, it appeared that she and the cook were the only employees there. She was handling the entire dining room—seating customers, taking orders, delivering food, making drinks, including bar drinks, and checking everyone out.
There were people waiting to be seated, tables waiting to order, others waiting for food, and customers ready to pay. She was absolutely bombarded, and she kept trying to get to everyone.
Our meal had delays and mistakes, but this young woman deserves recognition for the effort she put into an overwhelming situation. One person can only do so much, and she needed support.
To management: please take care of the employees who are working so hard to take care of your customers. Whatever led to tonight’s staffing situation, she deserved help.
And to that young lady: we saw you. We saw how much you were juggling and how hard you were trying. Thank you for your effort tonight—you deserve appreciation and a whole lot of credit. 👏❤️
