I found this so profound this morning and wanted to share. I needed to take a moment to ponder and let us soak in..
“When you become a soul gardener, you constantly notice the subtle detail in which the quietly marvellous resides; you allow your soul to embrace seasons of quiescence and dormancy, as well as bursts of creative activity and growth.
The watchful soul gardener is always aware of where and when movement and rest are at work within the garden’s enigmatic life; s/he discerns which energies are struggling toward the light of visibility in the World, and which are in need of the protection gifted by secrecy, gestation and seclusion.
Soul within us needs that same blend of unknowing and certainty as the intuition of our underlying Ground of being and ability to thrive in both darkness and luminescence, without a need for the harsh, neon glare of analysis. For soul is always both resting and searching, present within the gift of the moment while stretching forth new tendrils and shoots, through its instinct to embed itself ever more deeply in Nature as the marriage of illumination and mystery.”
