Appeal filed against Marion County's decision to rezone 1,000 acres of the Ocala Jockey Club to meet developer's request for commercial use. This is not compatible with the FPA. SORA and impacted neighbors filed with the Dept. of Administrative Hearings. If the decision prevails the FPA will fall. Get involved now!
