Sat overcast, slightly slow conditions, 60s. Sat sunny, 60s to 80s, some cross wind. Time Trials are ~1750m.

The first midwest and first singles race for Jonah and a final midwest for Kyra and Lili. All rowers had their best race to date!

Still time to sign up for the first Indoor Rowing fitness classes at the Coffman YMCA! Gem City Crew coaches will be teaching these classes for both adults and teens (12+).

Great introduction to rowing for new athletes and continued training & fitness for seasoned rowers & athletes. Open to YMCA members and non-members.
