Builds a network of individuals from various professional business sectors in an effort to combine the best business minds and best business practices to find innovative industry specific solutions to current and future environments. Empowers the small business owner through on-going mentoring, resources, and accredited business / leadership related educational training sessions. The Business & Leadership Institute for Early Learning program model includes various stakeholder partnerships and respective program involvement. The fundamentals of the program model is to provide for quality early learning focusing on the provider’s capability to build and sustain financially healthy businesses by:
Assessing the childcare centers current financial state as related to their ability to provide quality learning;
Assisting the center owners in understanding and acceptance of what needs to be done in order to execute required change;
Guiding the center owners to take advantage of the resources, support, and mentoring opportunities offered in order to effectively and efficiently make such changes;
And at the program core, developing an industry specific business and leadership curriculum that is accredited and delivered by subject matter experts.
