Over the past 10 days, we witnessed what happens when people intentionally show up for one another. From meaningful conversations and community gatherings to spontaneous moments of joy, creativity, and reflection, this 10th season reminded us that connection is one of the most powerful forces to foster change.

To every organization, partner, artist, facilitator, volunteer, and community member who opened doors, shared space, sparked conversations, danced, and brought their energy into this experience: THANK YOU! You made these days feel vivid, human, hopeful, and deeply inspiring.

At Radical Partners, we believe community is built through intentional moments like these and we’re eager to explore how we will all continue to connect-ON ▶️.

The sprint may be over for this but the connections continue after we rest and recharge for a few days 😉.

Alia, our Senior Director of Growth, is marking her 9th Radiversary at Radical Partners. She’s the kind of leader who sees possibility everywhere and turns it into momentum. A bold partner, a strong mind, and an inspiring human being. Her knowledge is a combination of strategy, consistency, perseverance, and wisdom.

Growing with Alia is never just about numbers; it’s about impact, relationships, and building something that lasts.

We chose some moments that reflect the past 9 years. Each one is a glimpse into how she brings energy, strategy, and heart into every space she steps into.

Chicago showed up with the cold, and we showed up with intention ❄️.

Being Radical Partners, we spent a day with 25+ organizations to move beyond ideas and into action, building strategic plans that put general operating dollars to work where they matter most.

The most powerful people don’t hesitate. They know the work has to start somewhere, so we show up to support that momentum with the tools, structure, and care it deserves.

Alongside Julian Grace Foundation () we convened with leaders they are investing in, creating space to strengthen teams, sharpen priorities, and move initiatives forward with clarity.

This work isn’t bound to one place. It lives in every community where chagemakers decide things can be better and do something about it.

Chicago, thank you for the warm welcome and the reminder that this work travels with all of us.
