Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, not structured Dance Temple inspired and led by trained Djs in carefully crafting music to create a healing journey. No dance experience or partner is necessary or needed. On one hand it's a perfect outlet for those who think they "can't dance" because they were taught that to "know" how to dance is to move in a certain way. On the other

hand is a luscious playground for experienced dancers alike craving for a free space where they can let loose with their peers. At Ecstatic Dance Miami, we join together to create a safe and sacred free-style dance space leaving behind the words and worries of the day and connect with spirit and one another in new & much deeper ways. Join us Saturday 5/2/26 for our next Ecstatic Dance Full Moon Immersion.
�Whether you’ve been flying high or carrying a lot… let’s move, shake it out, let it all go, and get lost in the dance.

We’ll open with an embodiment warm-up led by Aimee Celenza prior to our deep dive into a full dance journey—then drop into a Full Mind-Body reset integration with Aquatic Rebirthing (intro to Watsu) in the heated pool (limited spots) + Sound Healing to close.

🕖 Full Immersion: 7 PM–Midnight (limited)
🕖 Dance + Embodiment: 7–10 PM
