For over 20 years, Lylliette has been a cornerstone of Dress for Success, an organization dedicated to empowering women to achieve economic independence. Her journey with the organization began as a long-term volunteer, where she spent two decades giving back before transitioning into a professional role. Her extensive tenure reflects her deep-seated commitment to mentorship and her belief in providing women with the tools and confidence needed to thrive in the workforce.Lylliette represented her heritage on the international stage as Miss Nicaragua in Exile for the Miss Independence of America pageant. Dr. Carlos Morales is a General Dentist at Florida Community Health Centers, a private non-profit organization providing comprehensive primary and specialty health care. Dr. Morales provides preventive and restorative dental services to underserved communities in and around central Florida.
He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Northwestern Dental School, in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Morales is motivated by the mission of Florida Community Health Centers to improve the health of individuals in low socio-economic areas who face barriers to accessible and affordable healthcare. Having served as Dental Director for over 17 years, he received a Special Recognition Award in appreciation for his leadership role, guidance and expertise. He notes that FCHC comprises caring, compassionate, and dedicated personnel whose primary objective is to ensure patients are afforded quality healthcare and treated with respect, kindness, and understanding. He says the best part of working at FCHC is being able to educate, enrich and make a daily difference in patients’ lives. Lilian Gonzalez is a South Florida native and dedicated educator with expertise in art education and instructional leadership. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Art Education from Florida International University and holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. Lilian serves as a public school art teacher and Lead Magnet Teacher, and also supports district initiatives as an Instructional Supervisor for the Career and Technical Education department. She is also the twin sister of Vivian Gonzalez, a morning meteorologist for WSVN Channel 7. Outside of her professional work, Lilian values an active lifestyle and enjoys fitness, CrossFit, pickleball, paddleboarding, and running.

Mr. Allen began volunteering for the MAO in 1994 in his home state of Texas and continues volunteering here in Florida as one of the Choreographers of the Miss South Florida Fair/ Miss Palm Beach County where he also sits on the Board.   Professionaly has performed at Six Flags over Texas, 3 Super Bowl Halftime shows  featuring PRINCE, JANET JACKSON  THE WHO and numerous stage productions including RENT,  TOMMY , MISS SAIGON, MUSIC MAN, FOOTLOOSE just to name a few.  Currently the Director of the Palm Beach Capo Cheerleaders and in his 10th season as the Captain of the Memory Maker Team for the Miami Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium.
