As a non profit we also want to promote the local community, local arts, local events, local culture and our local musicians. 305 Community Radio Inc. is a non-profit so we have certain rules when running a so-called “advertisement” . In a non-profit an “advertisement”” goes by a different name known as “underwriting”. We cannot do large fancy commercials but we can still do a simple commercial announcing information about your business. For exmaple… donate to Shake 108FM and we will announce your Company name, Company address, Company website, Company phone number and a short slogan about what you business does.
