Young Musicians Unite Young Musicians Unite believes that every student in Miami-Dade deserves access to music education.

Mission:
Young Musicians Unite is a nonprofit that believes that every student in Miami-Dade County deserves access to music education regardless of their socio-economic background. We collaborate with schools to provide free music education which has been proven to inspire personal development, foster a sense of community and prepare our future leaders. What We Do:
To empower youth, YMU provides

turnkey music solutions for schools across Miami-Dade County. YMU equips schools with trained instructors, lesson plans, instruments, and all the necessary resources for a vibrant music education. By leveraging its 9 year experience of creating successful music programs, YMU ensures a seamless experience for both students and schools. The result is not just smooth communication and consistency within the music program, but also the support and oversight for teachers that eliminates teacher turnover and burnout and creates a school culture that prioritizes creative expression. This holistic approach helps schools attract and retain students, their talents, interest, and engagement. Young Musicians Unite is actively providing music programming for over 3,000 students in 35 schools this 2021/2022 school year. We engage student musicians through diverse, relatable music programs including Jazz Bands, Rock Ensembles, Music Technology, Modern Band, Beginning Band, Strings, and Drumline.

“And you don’t have a clue…” ✨

Kailyn releases “A Clue,” the first single from her upcoming debut studio album, “ENCORE” recorded at YMU Studio.

An indie pop track that captures the moment when love catches you off guard… when you feel everything at once, but still don’t quite understand it.

Through honest lyrics and soft melodic production, Kailyn explores the tension between falling deeply and not knowing where it’s all going.
