🚨 Oklahoma producers: The Emergency Drought Assistance Program is back! Apply starting today at 8:30am in person at your local conservation district, by email, or by mail for support with pasture taps, water wells, pond cleanouts, and more.

Emergency Drought 4 - Extension: The Ottawa County Conservation District will begin taking applications at 8:30 a.m., Monday, October 5, 2026 at the district office located at 630 E. Steve Owens Blvd., Miami, OK. The deadline for submitting applications is 4:00 p.m. October 30, 2026. If you have any questions, please call (918) 542-4576 Ext. 3. Practices for the Emergency Drought include: Watering Facility, pumping plant, pipeline for livestock, Pond clean out, Water well and/or pasture tap.
