Was feeling fancy so decided to try out a new side dish tonight and I was not disappointed.

Brussels sprouts; drizzle with EVOO, add some fresh garlic and s&p. Bake, then when almost finished add your already cooked crispy bacon and Parmesan cheese as toppings. Spray some fresh lemon juice right before eating! Delicious and easy AF

Shopping while hungry is a no-no, but I just couldn't wait anymore! I've been living on the road for the last four months, from hotel to hotel eating at all the restaurants under the sun so I'm so so excited to finally have some real, clean, yummy food that I can make in the comfort of my own home happen. Reminder: eating out does NOT have to kill your goals.

I'm stuck in fast food for the next ten days as I do work in one of our other locations, but that doesn't mean I'm gonna let it derail me from my goals. I just become that really annoying customer who appreciates my servers patience with my modifications to their menu by tipping well. See, s**ts possible anywhere you go.

Trying to read myself into a calmness, but honestly I'm like WTF. I'm all about positive vibes and energy, but right now it's like the universe is working against us. Every time we get a little bit saved for the wedding- something major goes down. Like this s**t is gonna end up being in twenty-never the way things keep happening.

So, not only did my sisters car eat s**t leaving her now stuck in Tennessee for an extended stay, but then Jumpys car broke and is in the shop, and literally just now my car decides to stop going. SERIOUSLY, it just stopped moving. I don't get it. Trying to stay optimistic because I don't need anymore negative energy around us, but when the bleep are we going to catch a break?!

Day three is done and over with. Lucky for me it was MMA speed which is my favorite workout from Core de Force, because after getting zero sleep last night since I drove 8.5 hours to Iowa to then work a shift, I can def say I'm beat and wouldn't have been so eager to get it done otherwise.

Started my day off with a gym session. I've come to realize that if I don't get it out of the way as soon as I get up, no matter how hard I try to convince myself to "do it later" it never gets done. My breakfast is always BASIC. It's typically between Greek yogurt w/granola, wheat toast w/ almond butter & banana, or my Shakeology. This is me trying to "fancy it up" a bit. HAHA, clearly falls right in line with my other basic options:

Organic Whole Wheat Pancakes
Banana
Drizzle of honey (instead of syrup)
Turkey bacon

If I had to summarize this photo in one word it would be DETERMINED AF (the AF is for emphasis, not for word count LOL). After being quickly taken over by the idea of a long over due night out for dranks w/ bae I could have easily swapped from work clothes to street clothes and said lehgo. But I didn't- I got into workout clothes, did my quick 30 min sweat sesh, then threw on street clothes (yes over the workout clothes, I was that serious) and ran out the door as fast as I could- maybe even before the cool down was complete lmao. I mean, not my cutest look, but it's totally worth it.
