Miami Southridge Alumni Association MSAA aims to support and preserve the school’s level of excellence and pride in its standards of academics, athletics, achievement, & community service.

The MIAMI SOUTHRIDGE HIGH ALUMNI ASSOCIATION aims to support and preserve the high school’s level of excellence and pride in its standards of academics, athletics, achievement, and community service. This will be accomplished through:
• Providing scholarships;
• Maintaining relationships with alumni and ensuring alumni have current knowledge of activities at the high school (via the development

of a web site);
• Financially supporting educational instruction;
• Financially supporting athletics and activities;
• Encouraging alumni and parental presence on campus;
• Developing the historical archives of the school as a source of pride for students; and
• Developing a mentorship program between alumni and students
The Club will be developed through the following action steps:
• Identify local Southridge alumni to be part of the organizing board (especially alumni who were active in student government, academic and special interest clubs, and sports);
• Identify Southridge alumni across the country to become inaugural members;
• Host an alumni kickoff party/reception;
• Develop a listing of alumni (excelling in various professions) as a promotional boost;
• Identify former teachers and faculty as alumni boosters;
• Set a membership goal for the foundation of the budget
• Develop an annual signature/fundraising event

A huge THANK YOU to Heather Radi-Bermudez (Southridge Class of '99) for fully funding our DonorsChoose project, Spirit Never Takes a Raincheck! ❤️🖤
Thanks to Heather's generosity, and Dick's Sporting Goods matching her donation, our Southridge Cheer Team will receive the raincoats we need for the upcoming football season!
We have one more project to complete: Fueling School Spirit, One Sip at a Time! We're only $348 away from our goal, and Dick's Sporting Goods will match every donation, so just $174 in donations will fully fund the project. Even a $10 or $20 donation can make a difference!
