Our Nursery opens for a final time in our pre-hiatus times..
sharing free plants with Guerrilla Gardeners and knowledge and what you need, and native plants for everyones habitat! donations to help me get across this country will be very much appreciated but happy homes for my plant family and sharing with you are my only real objectives.

unfortunately only 3 more weekends before
Miami Seed Share's hiatus has to happen.
There will be free community offerings every saturday before then and some on sundays and probably weekdays too. i'm stressed and really sad and sharing with all of you is my bright spot and hope to see you before the (optimistically temporary) forced cross-country exodus for transrights and continued basic health care must begin.

wanting to share more info with y'all and i'm an open book at this Saturday's garden get-together and all the events i'm planning for the month to come. for the (optimistically temporary) trip to the west coast, i'm riding in a car with a very good friend, who is also beautifully q***r! and we're gonna safely q***r our way across this country. if i can get my first i.d and a little bit of help from transgender organizations - and finger-crossed (since i was a little girl) for some health services. that over a lifetime of inaccessibility has wounded me as much as the physical assaults upon my body; that this human world unfortunately provides and more often then most folks can imagine.

i'm leaving with my 42 years (yes, my age) of
accumulated bad-assness and experiences so i can come back home and get straight back to sharing, love and battle. Miami is the first place in my life i have learned what "home" gets to mean and i want to die at a very old age embraced and learning and sharing and fighting with all of you in this city we want to call 'home'. the last 7-years have been a privilege, thank you with every beat of my heart and this butterfly is fu***ng coming back home!

.ohh and i'll share a calendar of workshops and events for this next month, i'm almost done with deets and aiming for plenty of opportunities to get together

and last thing..if you watched the video, me getting an i.d. is a VERY Transgender Rights related issue..in florida i can't legally have my actual gender, so i want my first i.d to be accurate and that requires a very different state to issue me one. and i need the warm blanket of knowing i can, in the worst of worst case scenario; get a job in the galley of ship, and leave america and jump ship in a new country and seek asylum. getting a kitchen job on a boat that enters international waters, legally requires an i.d.
and the federal government doesn't want transfolk to have correct passports.
