Anna Wyman who started her fight in 1990 against HIV/AIDS with her twin sons also impacted her daughter "Myammee" who will continue the fight through P.A.M

Project A&M, short for Project Anna & Myammee (P.A.M), was founded in 2014 by Angela “Myammee” Pitts. She is daughter of one of Miami-Dade county most recognized HIV/AIDS early advocates, Anna Wyman. Angela, A FAMU Graduate and former Reality TV star, received her nickname “Myammee” from the previous VH1 Reality TV shows. how, I Love Money which aired 2009. Her mother, Anna, part of the early groups of HIV/AIDS diagnoses in the Miami community, got the news close to 3years after giving birth to her twin boys in 1987. She was now HIV positive and her new baby twin boys were born with full blown AIDS as stated in 1990. David & Douglas Wyman were born October 1987. At the age of 5years old in 1992 David passed away then at the age of 9 in 1996, Douglas passed away. Anna witnessing her sons pass away, gave her a boost to keep herself healthy for her daughter who was born 3years before the twins boys. Anna began working with the University of Miami Hospital ( Miami Jackson Hospital) full-time and began to help those in the HIV/AIDS community by educating, advocating, speaking out at conferences and making a bold difference with the way she communicated with her approach on all programs nationwide at those times. P.A.M is a combination of how Anna boldly started the race fighting HIV/AIDS in many ways but with her daughter Myammee finishing it strongly. About 8years prior to establishing the organization, Angela approached her mother with the idea of beginning the organization with using her new “Myammee” platform in 2008 combined with Anna’s already established history in the HIV/AIDS local & nationally communities. Anna warned Angela that it wouldn’t be a walk in the park and get ready to prepare for all it came with; but before the two could start planning for the organization future, Anna health took for the worst and passed away May 2008 at the age of 45, just a few months later of envisioning the new plan. With years passing by after her mother’s death, Angela never forgot one of the last conversations with her mother before she got sick. She was constantly reminded of the organization and knew that the purpose of what she had experienced in life with her mother and twin brothers meant something. In, 2014 was the year Angela got the organization established as a 501c3. It was finally time for a change in South Florida, especially in the minority communities. It’s going to take a bold step and approach to get the organization off the ground but Angela is ready. Project A & M is here. The journey now begins.

Today is and today I like to help bring awareness to because my Mother didn’t have the luxury that we all have today to get out and TEST for FREE! They didn’t have required Testing for mother’s back when she was pregnant with my Twin Brothers. 🙏🏽 They are no longer here so get to remind people how important it is to KNOW, TEST, PREVENT, TREAT and EDUCATE.

SOME HIV INFO:
💊: a Blue Pill called when taken daily can help prevent HIV if you don’t know you partner(s) status or if your partner of HIV Positive. You get to extra barrier outside of condoms with this Daily Preventive Pill.

💊: in case of **e or any emergency you must start within 72hours of being exposed to a possible HIV Infection for a 28Day dosage.

🗣: HIV can happen if someone who is HIV positive stays connected to HIV treatment and care so that HIV doesn’t progress to AIDS. Undetectable is a safe way and known way to also be a form of Prevention to not be able to transmit HIV to others.

🗣: Condoms are still most protected way to prevent HIV/STD’s with there knowing of your Status. You can find a clinic who will test you for FREE for everything.

TODAY IS 🥰 but Join me this Saturday at Care 4 U Community Health Center from 1PM-6PM to celebrate our loved ones we lost to complications, like my Mother & Twin Brothers with a 🕯Candle Light Vigil which ends the event at 5-6PM but from 1PM-5PM will be FREE HIV/STD/COVID-19 Testing, $10Giftcards for HIV tests, FREE condoms, FREE Masks, FREE Food, Games and Prizes! Whew a great time

Happy Birthday to my Twin Brothers David & Douglas! Today they would’ve been 33 🤯 but I always wondered and are always so curious how life would be right now with them still here.

Even tho this is Project Anna & Myammee, my brothers are also one the biggest reasons why I had to start taking about and start talking about it by creating
and now recently really focus on adding value to other HIV/AIDS organizations by helping them in their missions in many different ways. 🥰

Honestly, if it wasn’t for my brothers I don’t know how life would’ve been without them... how I would’ve turned out without them and what I witnessed as their big sister! But I’m grateful God selected David & Douglas as my Twin Brothers- Im so grateful and blessed because they helped shaped me in ways they could never be told verbally. But God thank you for our Family’s Story it’s a powerful one Full of strength and fight 💪🏽

👏🏽 It’s the WORD in this for me... my Life he summed up in a minute... my gosh!....

❤️I’m more than my career as an Realtor here in South Florida, A or whatever else you find me doing on my personal page: , I always felt I had more to give outside of “work”

But when someone passes away no matter if you really knew them or Not... I always find myself instantly thinking and searching what was it that I can learn from them? What was it that God wanted me to listen/see while they were here to place it within the world? ..... so this right here, this video clip is exactly what I needed to hear. I never seen this before until today. But I see why Chadwick time was up & how he’s living in the best place ever created by the only CREATOR right now 😎.... because his was complete! ❤️

Thank you for this. Seriously! No need to fear 2020 because purpose is still needed to dump into this world. When You know all is already mapped out, you use this day and beyond to find ALL SILVER LININGS and continue your journey....
