A heartfelt thank you to Viva Medicine for raising an incredible $13,874 to support the St. John Bosco Clinic, far surpassing their original goal of $500!

This inspiring initiative was led by Richard Amaro, a recent pre-med graduate whose sister previously volunteered at our clinic. Through Richard's leadership and the dedication of Viva Medicine's members, students came together to make a meaningful difference for the patients we serve.

Today, on National Cancer Survivors Day, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and courage of cancer survivors throughout our community. We provide inspiration for anyone recently diagnosed. And we thank the family, friends and other caregivers who show up in the time of need.

Early detection saves lives. That's why St. John Bosco Clinic offers free breast, cervical, and colorectal cancer screenings to over 1,000 uninsured and underserved patients in Miami-Dade County. By increasing access to preventive care, we help ensure that more people have the opportunity to detect cancer early, receive timely treatment, and improve their chances of survival.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the inaugural Florida State Day Celebrations on Saturday!
