For many students in our community, playing soccer is not as simple as signing up.

Cost gets in the way.
Transportation gets in the way.
Safe, consistent access to places to play gets in the way.

At the same time, many schools already have green spaces with untapped potential. Spaces where children could train, play, build confidence, and feel part of something bigger.

Miami SCORES helps close those gaps.

We bring free soccer, poetry, and service-learning directly to Title I public schools, removing the barriers that often keep students out of the game.

No club fees.
No transportation burden after school.
No need to search for access elsewhere.

The World Cup will bring the world’s attention to Miami. A real legacy means turning that attention into lasting opportunity for the children growing up here.

They are part of Miami’s World Cup story.
Through their own words, they remind us why this moment matters

Huge thank you to everyone who braved the storm and showed up for the FWC26Miami One Game One Passion Community Clinic hosted at Little Haiti Soccer Park!

Sunday’s session was led by Miami SCORES, Powered by Concacaf Program Director Will and Executive Director Rob, along with a very special guest, our inspiring Miami SCORES Ambassador Laura Biondo!

It was an inspiring day filled with community, connection, and meaningful conversations about how coaches can keep youth soccer fun while still developing players, and how to support every coach in building programming that serves both boys and girls! From shared ideas to in-the-classroom learning, this training was a strong reminder of what happens when people come together for the next generation of players! Great to see so many great community organizations from Little Haiti come together, including and !

Thank you, , for being an inspiration to all of us, and to office and for inviting us to a great event!

And the great news keeps coming!

We’re honored to share that Miami SCORES has been one of the first organizations awarded a Little Haiti Revitalization Trust Placemaking Program grant.

This support will help us improve and continue running free soccer, poetry, and service-learning programming at our school partner , serving students and families in the Little Haiti community.

Through this award, we will keep creating spaces where youth learn, play, express themselves, and build confidence through Miami SCORES. This grant will specifically support our free Power of Poetry and Writing for the Community Program in Little Haiti!

Thank you to the for investing in programs rooted in culture, education, and community engagement.

We are looking forward to working together!

From our community to the world stage.

We’re proud to share that 88 young people from Miami SCORES will be part of the FIFA World Cup 26™ Player Es**rt Program!

They were chosen from our community because of the values, commitment, and contributions they show every single day.

During the tournament, they’ll walk onto the pitch alongside some of the biggest soccer players in the world — a huge moment for them and for all of us.

This opportunity is made possible through a partnership between Quaker and Common Goal, connecting young people from communities across the United States to FIFA World Cup 26™.

We’re so excited to partner with and for this experience.
