Developer Pablo Castro has started demolition on HueHub, an $880 million mixed-income development in West Little River.

Project highlights:

🛍 49,000 sq ft retail
🌳 2-acre public park
🏊 Multiple pools
🏓 Pickleball courts
🏫 Learning center & childcare

🐶 Pet care services

Projected rents for essential worker housing:
• $1,300 studios
• $1,600 one-bedrooms
• $1,900 two-bedrooms

The project is located near Metrorail and Tri-Rail stations, making it one of the most transit-connected housing developments in Miami.

HueHub was approved under Florida’s Live Local Act, a state law designed to accelerate workforce housing construction.

The developer purchased the 12-acre site for $29.3 million in 2023.
