Developer Pablo Castro has started demolition on HueHub, an $880 million mixed-income development in West Little River.

HueHub was approved under Florida’s Live Local Act, a state law designed to accelerate workforce housing construction.

The developer purchased the 12-acre site for $29.3 million in 2023.

Mysterious projections lit up buildings across Brickell last night 👀 Strange messages appeared across the walls, but no explanation.

“While visiting and walking in Brickell in Miami, an argument broke out between two men claiming to be .

The one in the red hat is on Instagram as “thelaptopguyofficial.” The one dressed in white is “Michael_Barayev.”

I thought they were acting in a movie because I saw all those extra camera guys, so I took out my phone. Because I’m a photographer and , I know how to take great footage.

I believe those young streamers probably record content in that square every weekend, so they just happened to catch this fight.

I don’t know if they were paid to record it or not. The lady in white does go to one of the streamers and does something with his camera, so maybe he knew her and was asked to record something else before that disagreement broke out.

After red hat began calling Michael a “scammer” and an “Ashkenazi ,” I figured it was not a joke or a movie.

The man in the red hat said that he and Michael have the same genetic ancestors and that they are both “White” and not truly “Jewish.”

When I went on a deep dive, I saw that Michael is a success coach vlogger and that is his new bride.

I also saw that red hat used to be a party promoter and is a vlogger who sells things while doing content with his clients.

He posts New Testament Bible verses, so I believe he is a Christian now. Michael discusses on his page that he confronted red hat guy first because red hat guy had been harassing him in his messages for several weeks and so when he saw him in the square, he wanted to confront him face-to-face.”

Tragic discovery on December 25th: Miami police responded to reports of a possible body in the Miami River near 340 W. Flagler St. around 9:45 a.m.

Upon arrival, officers located the body. Miami Fire Rescue confirmed the individual was deceased, though their identity and cause of death remain unknown. Marine patrol also responded to assist at the scene.
