La Bibliothèque TOUSSAINT Louverture La BIBLIOTHEQUE TOUSSAINT LOUVERTURE The Toussaint Louverture Foundatin is a 501(C) (3) designated non-profit organization that was founded in 1972.

Its principal objective is to assist the Haitian communities in the United States to maintain their cultural heritage while they assimilate into the greater American society. Haitians living in the United States number more than one million. They have their own particular needs that can only be met with the commitment of all of us. Thus, we seek your contribution to establish, in the City of Miami

, a library that will serve as a documentation center. Such a library is esscential to sastfy the needs for academically-oriented documentation, for it will promote cultural solidarity with other ethnic communities. To execute this noble project, the Foundation seeks your contribution in terms of books, relevant and appropriate documents, and of course money. We count on your support. Sincerely,
