is a Non-Profit corporation whose purpose is to help protect the citizens and businesses living and working in the Richmond Heights area. Using the "Communities That Care" approach, our organization developed a risk-focused action plan addressing those factors that are at the core of the ills of most minority communities: violence, poverty and racism. faces is nothing short of reinventing the comm

unity as a protective environment where its young people and adults, alike, can be securely bonded to family, to school, and to the community. This organization has identified and is committed to fulfilling the following six (6) goals:

1. Reduce crime and violence in the neighborhood.

2. Develop prevention programs to reduce youth crime and violence.

3. Develop community norms unfavorable to crime.

4. Strengthen family ties.

5. Improve the economic life of the neighborhood.

6. Foster pride in the African American heritage of the neighborhood.
