Reminder: The Winston Park monthly Board Meeting will be held Thursday, September 10 at 7:30 p.m. in the Adult Lounge at the Clubhouse.

While our meetings are typically held on the first Thursday of each month, September’s meeting has been moved to the second Thursday due to the Labor Day holiday.

The meeting agenda will be available online, and Zoom access will be provided for those who prefer to attend remotely. For additional information, please contact the Clubhouse at (305) 386-3854.

🏡 VALUE ADJUSTMENT BOARD & PROPERTY FRAUD ALERT — COMING TO WINSTON PARK!

The Miami-Dade Clerk of the Court and Comptroller, in partnership with the Value Adjustment Board, is hosting a series of free outreach sessions throughout Miami-Dade County to help property owners better understand their rights and learn how to protect their property from fraud.

Attendees will learn how to:
• Challenge a property assessment or exemption denial
• Understand the Value Adjustment Board process
• Register for the FREE Property Fraud Alert System
• Protect their property from fraud and know what to do if fraud is suspected
• Get answers directly from the county team

🚔 BACK-TO-SCHOOL TRAFFIC REMINDER 🚔

Our off-duty police officers were out in Winston Park today assisting with back-to-school traffic, and unfortunately, they had to issue a significant number of citations for traffic violations. With that in mind, we want to make sure everyone driving through our community understands that we take our school zones and traffic safety very seriously.

Winston Park hires off-duty officers to patrol our neighborhood and enforce traffic laws, particularly during busy arrival and dismissal times.

If you’re in a hurry, Winston Park is not the place to take a shortcut. Please slow down, come to a complete stop at stop signs, and make sure your vehicle and tags are up to date. Speeding, rolling through stop signs, expired tags, and other violations may result in a traffic stop or citation.

👮‍♂️ Our officers are here to help keep our children, families, pedestrians, and neighbors safe.

Slow down. Stop completely. Drive safely. 💙

We had the privilege of gathering for a memorable evening celebrating Winston Park’s past, present, and future! 🇺🇸🏡

We were honored to officially install the 2026–2027 Winston Park Board of Directors during a ceremony that reflected on the history of our community while looking ahead to the future. Following the ceremony, neighbors gathered for a coffee and dessert reception, giving everyone a chance to connect and celebrate together.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make the evening so special:

⚜️ Boy Scouts of America Troop 811 for their outstanding Presentation of the Colors.

🇺🇸 Our resident, Ana Lopez, for leading the Pledge of Allegiance.

🎶 Our resident and Winston Park K-8 alumna, Isabella Basnueva, for her beautiful rendition of The Star-Spangled Banner.

📜 Destiny Alvarez, Esq., for administering the Oath of Office and officially swearing in our newly elected directors.

⚖️ Our Association Attorney, Ed Martinez, for his continued guidance and support.

🚔 Our dedicated law enforcement officers, Deputies Rodriguez, Wilbur, and Santos, for always ensuring safe and successful events.

📸 Our resident photographer, Pete Sargalski, for capturing so many wonderful moments throughout the evening.

👏 Our outstanding management team and Clubhouse staff for all of their hard work before, during, and after the event. Your efforts behind the scenes made everything run smoothly.

❤️ And most importantly, thank you to all of our residents who joined us. Your presence and support are what make Winston Park such a special community.

Join us as we install the newly elected Winston Park Board of Directors during a brief ceremony recognizing the volunteers who have stepped forward to serve our community.
