Another outstanding GKBA Signature Luncheon is in the books!

A capacity crowd joined us for our September luncheon featuring Florida State Representative Omar Blanco, who shared an informative legislative update covering the initiatives he is working to advance, bills he has proposed, and what businesses and residents can expect as the next legislative session approaches. Representative Blanco currently serves Florida House District 115.

Representative Blanco was also extremely generous with his time, staying to answer every question posed by our audience and providing thoughtful insight into the issues that matter to our community.

Thank you to Representative Blanco for spending the afternoon with the Greater Kendall Business Association, and thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it another packed Signature Luncheon.

There’s nothing quite like bringing our business community together for great conversations, valuable information and meaningful connections.

The GKBA and @‌chambersouth joined forces at Fogo de Chão Downtown Dadeland for an evening filled with new connections, great conversations, plenty of laughs and the kind of collaboration that makes our business community stronger.

It was also networking with a purpose. Most importantly, the evening helped raise funds for @‌nokidhungry and support its mission to help make sure children have access to the food they need.

A big thank you to Chamber South, Fogo de Chão, everyone who attended and everyone who helped make the evening such a success.

This is what happens when great organizations, great people and a great cause come together.

The Friendliest Place to Do Business was definitely in the house!
