Rebuild Hope at Chantilly Primary School
Three weeks ago, my fellow Rotarians and I visited Chantilly Primary School in Westmoreland. We met the incredible students and teachers and promised to return in December with more support.
Then Hurricane Melissa struck and the school was destroyed. Now, we’re rallying to help support.

The Rotary Club of Miami Kendall has received a generous donation of pool alarms, and we’re excited to share them with families in our community who have pools and young children. These alarms can help prevent tragic accidents and give parents peace of mind.

If you or someone you know could benefit, send us a direct message to receive one. Let’s keep our kids safe—together.

Drowning can happen in seconds—and often silently. Pool alarms are a powerful layer of protection that alert you the moment someone enters the water unexpectedly. Whether it's a child, pet, or guest, every second counts.

Leave a comment or send us a message if you have a pool and small children and you’d like to receive a free pool alarm.

Our tiny but mighty team volunteered a few hours of our day to support Global Empowerment Mission. The team helped prepare several pallets of care packages which will be sent to folks in the Caribbean who were affected by Hurricane Beryl.

Get involved. Contact Global Empowerment Mission to see how you can help or reach out to our club to find out more about our efforts.

Accidental drowning is one of the leading causes of death of children in the state of Florida. We can reduce drownings by learning how to swim, following water safety rules or ensuring that children are supervised in the water. Please do your part to help keep the kids safe this summer and beyond.

Rotary Club of Miami-Kendall teamed up with a group from Baptist Health to support the Broward Center for Performing Arts’ Countdown to Kindergarten event. We provided information on water safety and stressed the importance of vigilance to all the parents.

Summer’s right around the corner so please do all you can to keep our little ones safe!
