After sharing a video about transgender myths, our team member Claire .coaching saw thousands of people engaging; and also a lot of tension, debate, and disagreement in the comments.

It raised an important question:
How are we communicating with one another—especially when we disagree? Are we communicating powerfully?

Joseph has been part of the YES Institute journey for over 30 years: first as a participant, and now as a leader helping guide the organization’s mission forward. 💜

Inspired by his own experience, he is deeply committed to supporting youth and families through powerful communication, understanding, and connection; so every young person can thrive as their full, authentic self.

When he’s not at YES, you’ll find him working out, staying active, and exploring his passion for astronomy and astrology. 🌌✨
