The Women's Empowerment Circle (WEC) is a young professionals organization that is dedicated to serving and improving the South-Dade community by instilling the importance of empowering women. In just a short amount of time, we have gathered members of our community together to serve, discuss, donate and raise awareness of important topics. Of those topics, education has been a priority to WEC.

We believe in the importance of investing in our community, and the most important investment we can make is one that supports the next generation of community activist, scholars, and leaders.

For the third year, we have set up a scholarship fund aimed towards young women in our community. We would like to award one deserving high school students with a monetary scholarship to help pay for their tuition but will need your help to do so. No donation is too small & we thank you in advance for joining us in giving!

In the wake of Hurricane Dorian, The Women’s Empowerment Circle would like to help our neighbors in the Bahamas by providing them with much needed assistance.
We are calling on the community to help us by donating items such as personal care products and baby items including pads, tampons, body wash/soap, diapers, pacifiers, underwear, toothpaste, etc that will be sent over to Marsh Harbour and Great Abaco.
