This Mental Health Awareness Month, we want every survivor, helper, healer, and first responder to know this:
💚 You do not have to carry it all alone.

At CEATT, we provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed care for individuals and communities impacted by trauma — from childhood experiences to the emotional weight carried by those who serve others every day.

We see you.
We hear you.
We’re here.

Healing begins when people feel safe enough to ask for support. There is strength in reaching out.

✨ Healing Trauma. Restoring Hope. Transforming Communities.

The headlines are heavy right now.

Stories of domestic violence, of women and children losing their lives, are not just “news.” They are reminders of how real, how close, and how devastating trauma can be.

Trauma is not only what happens to us directly.
It is also what we witness. What we hear. What we carry in our bodies after seeing story after story unfold.

This is visceral.
This is vicarious.
And it impacts more of us than we often acknowledge.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, triggered, or simply not like yourself—you are not alone. Your response makes sense.

Please take care of yourself and check in with those around you.

If you or someone you know needs support or access to trauma-informed counseling resources, we are here.

Today we’re pausing to honor gratitude for the courage you carry, the healing you’re working toward, and the trust you’ve placed in our team. We’re deeply thankful for every story shared, every step forward, and every moment you’ve allowed us to walk beside you.

May this day bring you comfort, connection, and the reminder that you never have to navigate healing on your own. If you or someone you love needs support, we’re here for you.

🕰️ Flashback:
CEATT joined CCI Miami Church for a Sunday conversation on Raising Resilient Children — guiding parents and caregivers through practical ways to help kids manage emotions, build confidence, and recover from stress and trauma.

The discussion reminded everyone that resilience begins at home — with love, awareness, and emotionally safe spaces.

🔭 Forward:
In 2026, CEATT will continue partnering with churches and faith-based organizations to offer trauma-informed parenting workshops that strengthen families from the inside out.

💡 This Give Miami Day, your support helps us keep empowering parents, protecting children, and building stronger, healing-centered homes.
