Start the morning with an energizing workout that trains the mind, body, and spirit.
FAITHELITE—warmup, prayer, and a challenging 35–40-minute circuit featuring rucks, sandbags, slam balls, kettlebells, HIIT movements, and bodyweight exercises.
Expect to leave physically challenged, spiritually encouraged, and more connected to the person God created you to be.

Continue the morning with a GORUCK Light Challenge unlike any other—a team-based rucking experience built around Christian faith, worship, encouragement, and community.
Led by Cadre Pog, this non-denominational event will begin with prayer and an anchoring message before the team heads out together. Along the way, participants will ruck several miles, complete team-building challenges, hear testimonies, share their faith, and encourage one another.
Whether you are a committed Christian, exploring faith, or simply looking for a meaningful physical challenge and a strong community, you are welcome.
This is not a race. Everyone starts together, works together, and finishes together. Upon successful completion, each participant will receive an exclusive GORUCK event patch that will never be available for purchase.
What to Bring
Each participant must bring:
* A reflective rucksack
* A 20-pound ruck plate if you weigh more than 150 pounds
* A 10-pound ruck plate if you weigh less than 150 pounds
* At least one liter of water
* Any necessary medication
* Photo identification
* A positive attitude and plenty of “smiles for miles”
The class must also coordinate one 25-pound team weight and one American flag. Christian flags and banners are welcome.
Gloves, supportive footwear, electrolytes, snacks, weather-appropriate clothing, waterproof storage, and a change of clothes are also recommended.
First-time ruckers are encouraged to join—no previous GORUCK experience is required. Minors may participate with a paying adult who remains responsible for them throughout the event. Pets are not permitted, but service dogs are welcome.
Come ready to sweat, worship, grow, and experience what happens when faith and teamwork move forward together.
The Ruck Church Light is a GORUCK Light Challenge with a Christian theme for everyone...a workout while you worship.
