Established in 1978, NHSSF is a trained and certified community development organization by the NeighborWorks® network, a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), and a HUD-approved Housing Counseling Agency. NHSSF provides a full spectrum of homeownership services and lending products in English, Creole, and Spanish to assist potential homebuyers in reaching their homeownership goals:
