The real OG of our very first board member. We go back to 2010 where we stood all day selling shirts to raise funds for survivors under our care. We put up lemonade stands and sold cookies and were ecstatic when we raised $200. This is how a dream truly starts, thus never undermine or perceive your dreams to be sinking. In order to grow, one always starts small. Today, we stand tall despite several obstacles in our way and we will sustain because the universe wants us to continue saving lives. No bad, no fabricated facades by abusers/traffickers will deter us from our mission. Never ever give up! More so, when others’ lives are at stake.
