Zeek represents the blueprint of what our industry stands for—discipline, craftsmanship, and a commitment to building from the ground up. As a third-generation flooring professional and the driving force behind workforce initiatives like A Floorman’s Dream, he has demonstrated a proven ability to develop pre-apprentices into skilled tradespeople, ready to enter registered apprenticeship pathways.
His work reflects the core principles of apprenticeship: hands-on training, mentorship, safety certification, and long-term career placement. Zeek understands that sustainable communities are built the same way quality floors are—through preparation, precision, and accountability.
Through his leadership, we see a clear pathway to expanding access to union careers, strengthening employer partnerships, and creating opportunities for the next generation of tradespeople across the Bronx.
