Speed as Strategy 🌟
One of the cornerstones of my belief in driving innovation and achieving rapid growth is the concept of Speed as Strategy. This model is why I have been, and always will be, an avid proponent of departments and divisions working in the same location—ideally, on the same floor, and even better, within earshot. 🏢🔄
When teams are physically close, they can effortlessly collaborate, hear customer calls, offer immediate suggestions, and transform ideas into reality faster than ever. This approach fosters a dynamic environment where new technologies, open innovation mechanisms, formal innovation partners, and customer and market needs converge to create magic. ✨💡
In today's world, where remote work and global talent dispersion are the norms, maintaining this level of coordination is more challenging but even more crucial. The role of marketing in developing networks, emerging distribution channels, and facilitating collaboration becomes vital. The horizontal linkage model, connecting manufacturing, research, and marketing, is increasingly important in our high-pressure business environment. 🌐💼
Remember, speed is not just about moving quickly; it's about strategic agility and being ready to seize opportunities in the global marketplace. 🌍⚡
