Another event is over! It was a great successful event! I like to thank all who came, those who wanted to come but couldn't, and those who gave a donation for the cause! Everyone made this event better than the last one and showed love through out the weekend. We made a difference and showed we will help others that really need the helping hand.
I like to say special thanks to my committee members for putting up with me and helping me to give a great event. Yolanda Watson and Darryl C. Wilder, your the best thing that has happened to me. With you 2, I would have failed. Thanks for all your help throughout the years.
Thanks to my Texas crew. I see I have made a new family there. You all came all the way to Florida to show love and help with the cause. I thank all of you for coming through just for me. Unified steppers and Steppin 4 life will make a joint effort and will have a logo to prove it soon. I really love you guys!! Patricia Wimberly, Cheryl Head, Detra Harrison and Octavia much love to you all!!
And to my Chicago crew, thanks for coming down and using you all vacation to shiw me love. I'm so happy that they came. You guys are the best! Qiana Wilson, Keisha NaturalSistah Gilmore, Danitra E Gardner, and Melvina Johnson much love to you all!!
Special thanks to Beverly Hilton for stopping by to show support before heading home. I was really surprised and happy to see you. That really meant a lot to me. I mean that from my heart!
My Orlando crew, thanks for coming and helping me with this event. Renee McLean-Brown, Marsha LeBeau Tim, Deborah Carwise, and Madelyn LeGree Saintclair, just like last year you guys took a lot of stress off my plate. These young ladies were a true blessing from God. Thanks again.
To my special guest, Sarah SteppersBallcom Teagle, and Desmond Hodge came in and helped me when they didn't have to. You all have been there sense the beginning. Helping me through my mistakes and bad decisions. That's real and true love. It couldn't be what it is without you two.
My instructors Yvette O'Donnell and Drewry Alexander, you keeping coming and helping us out with our dance and our style. Your personal touch shows how much you two care about the dance. Thanks for all the years of help and dedication to the cause. You two are the best.
To my Dj Willie Casper Perry, you did the thang. You made the event fun and everyone a part of the show. You brought ur own style and made it work. So that everyone would remember this event for years to come. Thanks Bro.
Last but not least, thanks to Angela Coko Hardnett for having my back and dealing with things others didn't see. You kept me calm and less stressed. You did a lot for the event that others didn't see. I really appreciate you and thank God that you are in my life. Love you babe!!
