This girl is something else!!!! I was about a half hour late feeding breakfast and she took her food bowl and started clanking it on the cage repeatedly until I got to her!!!

We are still taking applications but remember you must live in Florida at least part time for a home check and unfortunately due to her potty mouth we are limited to where we can place her. PLEASE watch what you say around your birds! You never know if they will be in this situation. She’s an amazing baby whose owners have tied our hands as far as placement and potentially amazing homes! Unfortunately the word they taught her is what I consider the worst of all of them. I would literally rather have her say ALL of the other swear words vs the one she is saying.

From the owner:

“One is 3 and one is 2. The male is normal and the female is a red factor. I just moved here and downsizing they are way too loud for my neighbors, plus they were used to a large house with a closed in pool area to hang out in all day, now they are stuck in their cages and just scream. My new work consists of me traveling, there is just so much. I feel they will be happier somewhere they can have a similar life to what they had. The male I raised from 4 weeks, I hand fed him, the female was 9 months and she was scared of hands but she gets on your arm happily. They are sweethearts but this is kind of an emergency, they can’t be separated, if you take them, please please please be picky I love them very much it’s just not working. If you can’t take them can you please refer me to a quality rescue or sanctuary.”

Hi everyone! I have a 501(c)3 Rescue and will be listing my birds available here BUT I will also offer courtesy posts! Which means…as long as you are not selling or asking any money for your baby you may need to rehome, I will list them here for you for free. That way you can meet the people, ask them any questions you may want to ask them, etc.

As an alternative we are always here to provide a stress free halfway house until we find the perfect home for your baby! We have a very extensive application and adoption process assuring your baby goes to the right home.
