Volunteers for Sustainable Development wish to use this medium to thank specially her Founder/ National Coordinator, His Royal Majesty Homun Dr Daniel Shaga Ismaila, CON [ Kpawo Nomwe, Gilongo Diya], Hama Bachama, our Special Guest of Honour, Her Excellency Prof Kaletapwa G. Farauta, [NJI MAARO BACHAMA] Deputy Governor of Adamawa State, represented by her Special Adviser, Mr. Aaron Goweno, Special Guests, the Zonal Commander of NDLEA, Alhaji Idris Aliyu, State Commander of NDLEA Adamawa State CN Agboalu Femi Samson, Senior Special Adviser on Media & Strategy to the Governor of Adamawa State, Dr John Ngamsa [NZO-DIYA BACHAMA] , Surveyor General of Adamawa State, Surv Pwavidon Simon, stakeholders including all District Heads in Bachama Kingdom led by Kpana Rugangun Chief Linus I. Anonoma, Eze Igbo Numan Igwe Jonas Nwankwo' JP,, Christian Clergys and Muslim Clerics, Principals of secondary schools, Chairmen of PTAs, leaders of social and cultural organizations , parents and students , who graced the occasion to commemorate this year's United Nations International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Drug Trafficking which held on Thursday 27th June 2027 at Pwanobato Event Centre Numan.
We specially appreciate the Booklet [ Drug Abuse & You] reviewer, Chief Pwavidon Jaule (Nzomota Hama Bachama) and Booklet Presenter, Bishop Bulus E Taiya for honouring our invitation and representing Bachama Kingdom well to the world.
We specially acknowledge the presence of the Grand Master of Secretaries; Pastor Damien Dati. We acknowledge also the mercurial torch of the measteo MC Ishaka D. Dedan (Chairman, NUJ, Adamawa State Council)and special thanks to his tag team co, the irrepressible wordsmith and master of speech Dr Chief Agoso H. Bamaiyi ( Ag. District Head, Gyawana)

We specially appreciate the invaluable support of teachers and students who participated in the debates, dance and poetry presentations including Bright Future High School, Numan, Villanova Government College, Numan, Government, Secondary School, Numan, Command Science Secondary School, Numan, HOPEGIVERS College, Numan, You all added flavour to the event and helped VSD greatly in driving home the theme for this year's event: THE EVIDENCE IS CLEAR: INVEST IN PREVENTION.
Now we know what we can do and who should do what! We remain confident that the energy and resources invested in this event will bear sustainable fruits.
