Las month, we had the joy of celebrating a very special milestone—the graduation of our wonderful young children from the UM Linda Ray Early Intervention Program! 🎓

Congratulations to each of our little graduates for successfully completing the program! We are incredibly proud of all the learning, growth, hard work, and progress you have made along the way.

A recent graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, Empress channeled her curiosity into a degree in Psychology, with a specialized concentration in Neuroscience and Cognition-yes, brain science is just as fascinating as it sounds!

Beyond the textbooks, her true passion lies in understanding and supporting behavioral development in children. We’re excited to have her knowledge, passion, and dedication become part of the UM Linda Ray family!

What better way to celebrate an amazing summer than with an Ice Cream Sundae Party! 🍨☀️

After eight incredible weeks of Summer Fun at the University of Miami Linda Ray Intervention Center, last week the children celebrated with a special Ice Cream Sundae Party. They had a blast creating their own delicious sundaes with colorful toppings and sweet treats while sharing smiles, laughter, and memories with friends and teachers. It was the perfect way to wrap up a summer filled with learning, creativity, and joy.

Our Summer Program was made possible through the generous support of The Children's Trust. We are deeply grateful for your continued commitment to creating brighter tomorrows for the children in our community. 💙

Over the summer, the children at the University of Miami Linda Ray Intervention Center enjoyed eight wonderful weeks of summer fun! 🌻☀️

One of their favorite activities was our Sunflowers & Sunshine art project. The children explored the beauty of sunflowers by touching, smelling, and observing their vibrant colors before creating their own beautiful sunflower paintings on canvas. It was a wonderful opportunity to spark creativity while engaging all of their senses.

📣 Summer Recess Closure Reminder

The UM Linda Ray Intervention Center will be closed August 3–7, 2026 as we get everything ready for the new school year!

Our team will be preparing classrooms and learning spaces to welcome everyone back for another fun and exciting year of learning.
