Congratulations to our scholarship winners for 2026!! This was our largest applicant pool yet!! We were overwhelmed by the amazing stories of how people used their & to triumph over the difficult times they have faced. It was an incredibly difficult decision. We thank everyone who sent in an application. Keep watching our social media as we will be sharing more about our winners in the next few weeks.

We received the most scholarship applications ever! We were overwhelmed by the amazing applicants and are honored that they have shared their stories with us. These amazing applicants shared their & with us.

The Arts & Foundation is grateful that we had 2 additional amazing adjudicators who worked with our board to make these difficult decisions.

Congratulations to our board member Michael Gualandi for his recognition by One Blood for being the donor of the month. Michael leads by example consistently donating at least twice a month. He also works with his employer Fastenal to run blood drives here in Miami and across the country to help with the continuesd need for blood donations. His personal donations have lead to over 789 lives saved! Michael knows how important every donation is from his experience when his daughter Marin fought cancer. Just a small donation from you can have a huge impact on someone else's life.

For Mia Martinez, this scholarship allowed her further her pursuit of musical theater. Building a strong groundwork in performance to her studies, Mia strives to reach the Broadway stage. Ultimately, Mia wants to become a role model for the future generation of performers, one like Rita Moreno & Ana Villafane, performers who inspired her to pursue her art.

Mia is currently a college freshman studying musical theater in Chicago.

Mia is just one story.
There are so many more artists ready to rise.
