From March 16–20, we’re celebrating the pride, legacy, and impact of Miami-Dade County Public Schools Alumni 305 and South Miami Senior High it’s our time to show up!

Join us on campus next Wednesday night for Alumni Night. Doors open at 6:30 PM (donation at the door). Come back home to the Snake Pit, reconnect with fellow Cobras, and relive those unforgettable Pep Rally memories.

This is a Homecoming just for us, and we want to see the Snake Pit full of Cobra pride!

History in the making! We are getting closer to celebrating a truly historic moment for our beloved Alma Mater. What started as an idea has been years in the making, and we’re excited to be a part of bringing it back to life.

A sincere thank you to the leadership of and School Board Chair, Maria Tere Rojas ( ) for her support, as well as South Miami Senior High ( ), Principal Herbert Penton, Board of Directors, and Commissioner Natalie Milian Orbis ( ) for helping keep this iconic statue alive and supporting our community.

A very special recognition to US Ambassador, Kevin Marino Cabrera ( ), who, as District 6 commissioner, listened to our alumni community and spearheaded this meaningful restoration project.

This is more than a Cobra statue, it’s our history restored, our legacy, and “a mighty spirit standing tall.” We can’t wait to celebrate this epic moment with all of our Cobra alumni and allies. 🧡Go Cobras!🤎
