It is with heavy hearts HARP Rescue offers condolences to those who knew and loved

"R.l.P. good friend. Another close friend lost to a pointless war for power and control. Chris
"Swampy" was as solid as they get. This is a huge loss for those that knew him and the world itself. It's truly sad how hardened we have to be nowadays to accept so much continual grief and loss. It changes a person.
