It is with heavy hearts HARP Rescue offers condolences to those who knew and loved

"Swampy" was as solid as they get. This is a huge loss for those that knew him and the world itself. It's truly sad how hardened we have to be nowadays to accept so much continual grief and loss. It changes a person.
