The past two days at Scheck Hillel with the freshman class were incredibly powerful!

At StandStrong, we’re not just teaching self-defense- we’re building the mindset to be confident, aware, and proud in who you are.

But our message is clear: this is about staying safe, & de-escalating a situation to get home. We’re here to make sure these students carry this with them through high school, onto college campuses, and for the rest of their lives.🙏🤍💪
