Mis amores, today and every day we want to remind you that you don’t have to carry everything alone. 💛

Sometimes, simply asking someone, “How are you, really?” can open the door to a conversation that saves a life. Check in on your friends, your chosen family and the people you love even the ones who always seem strong.

Your pain is real, but so is the possibility of feeling better. Stay with us. Your story is not over, and your future can still surprise you. 🫂✨

If you or someone you know is struggling, call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline. You can also connect with FREE2BE for affirming mental-health support within our South Florida LGBTQ+ community.

Please remember: asking for help is not weakness. Healing is sexy and you are deeply worthy of support, love and another tomorrow. 💛🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

With love,
Impulse Group Miami 💛
