I first met Congressman Soto at my high school graduation, and over the years I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside him fighting for working families, immigrants, and communities across Central Florida. As the first Puerto Rican member of Congress from Florida, Congressman Soto has been a trailblazer whose leadership has opened doors for so many across our state.
