Behind every goal is a teen who deserves support, connection, and hope.

In 2026, we’re working to expand our impact by:

🧡 Hosting 30 teens this summer at Camp Kennedy Kids at
🧡 Funding the W.I.S.E. Girls Program, supporting 300 teen girls annually
🧡 Launching a Teen Ambassador Program for 250+ students at
🧡 Providing two $2,500 scholarships for students pursuing psychology degrees
🧡 Supporting DBT Continuation of Care for teens at
🧡 Continuing to fund our mental health podcast and conversations that matter

Every program, conversation, and opportunity is rooted in one mission: making sure teens feel seen, supported, and never alone.

But we can’t do it without our community.

You can support this work by:
🧡 Donating
🧡 Attending our events
🧡 Volunteering
🧡 Sharing our mission with others

Together, we can continue creating spaces where teen mental health is prioritized and supported.

What does a “good day” look like to you?

This Mental Health Awareness Month, reminds us that “good” doesn’t have to mean happy or productive. It might mean feeling calm. Getting through the day. Laughing for a moment. Or simply trying.

The truth is—what a good day looks like can change, and only you get to define it.

We want to hear from you:
Finish this sentence in the comments ⬇️
“A good day for me looks like…”

Your answer might be exactly what someone else needs to see today.

And if today isn’t a “good day,” that’s okay too. More good days are possible—and you don’t have to get there alone.

If you’re struggling, help is available. Call or text 988.

Your creativity = someone’s hope. 🎨🧡

Last year, you showed up and turned T-shirts into powerful messages—words of encouragement, reminders to keep going, and designs that sparked real conversations around teen mental health.

And we’re doing it again. 🙌

At our 4th Annual Paint Walk for Teen Mental Health, you’ll receive your official Kennedy Kids Foundation tee and make it your own—spray painting messages of hope, love, and support before we walk together from D.A.S.H. to Wynwood Walls.

Every design tells a story.
Every message matters.
Every step helps us reach more teens with life-saving resources.

Spots are filling—don’t wait to be part of something meaningful.

PAINT. WALK. Impact L.I.F.E. 🧡

Join us for the 4th Annual Paint Walk for Teen Mental Health—an unforgettable morning of purpose, creativity, and community.

We’ll kick things off at D.A.S.H., where you can decorate T-shirts and paint rocks with messages of hope, encouragement, and support. Each rock becomes a small but powerful reminder—placed along our walk to Wynwood Walls—for someone to find when they need it most.

Then, we walk. Together. Honoring Kennedy’s legacy and raising awareness for teen mental health, su***de prevention, and access to life-saving resources.

This is more than a walk—it’s a movement. One that brings our community together to support teens, spark conversations, and remind every young person that they are not alone.

Come create. Come connect. Come make an impact.

Mondays can feel like a lot. So here’s something simple you can try: step outside for 10 minutes—no phone, no pressure.

Fresh air, movement, and a small break from constant notifications can help reset your mind more than you think.

You don’t have to fix everything today. Just take one small step.

At the Kennedy Kids Foundation, we believe small actions can make a big difference in mental health. 🧡

What an unforgettable day! Denim & Diamonds truly sparkled — and it’s all because of YOU.

From attending and sponsoring to donating, volunteering, and sharing our mission, every single one of you made this evening so meaningful.

This event was extra special as we celebrated the 50th birthday of our incredible Executive Director, Bailey Brooks Mashburn. Her heart, vision, and dedication continue to inspire what we do, and it was such a joy to honor her.

Because of your generosity, we raised $10,000 to support teen mental health awareness and su***de prevention — providing vital resources, programs, and hope to teens and families who need it most.

Most importantly, you are helping us honor Kennedy’s life by bringing light to others. And that means everything.

We are so grateful to be on this journey with you. 🧡
