Dade Heritage Trust Miami is proud to announce completion of the Miami Canopy Coalition Report – a complete guide to tree protection and policy, environmental justice issues, tree benefits, trees and climate change, model ordinances and more. Thanks to the The Miami Foundation and Mayor Daniella Levine Cava for supporting this initiative along with our Miami Coalition partners. Let’s work together for a greener future for our community!

We just got word from the City of Miami that the vote on this issue has been deferred until the end of February. We truly appreciate your support and enthusiasm and will keep you posted on updates!

Dade Heritage Trust needs your support to keep us in Dr Jackson’s office, that we love and care for, and where we teach kids and visitors about our city’s history !

We’re on the agenda at the City of Miami Commission Meeting this Thursday to approve our lease agreement that the voters approved in 2016!
