Today, Extended Hands Inc. was excited to be a part of the NoMi Housing & Social Services Community Fair!

It was a blessing to connect with so many families, provide valuable resources, and participate in giveaways that brought smiles and support to our community.

Events like these remind us that when organizations come together, we can help our communities grow and glow, even during these unprecedented times.

District 2 residents filled the room at the State of the District Town Hall Meeting in North Miami hosted by Vice Mayor Kassandra Timothe.

Our organization, was proud to provide basic essential household items to residents of the district.

We joined several community partners who offered food, wellness, valuable information, and resources to support local families and individuals.

Residents were enthusiastic about the services and information that were made available, and the event created a meaningful opportunity for community engagement.

Overall, the North Miami, State of the District 2 Town Hall Meeting was a positive and successful event, highlighting the continued commitment of local leaders, organizations, and community partners to serving and strengthening the district.

🇭🇹📚 As we conclude Haitian Heritage Month, we are reflecting on some of the meaningful moments that brought our community together throughout May.

On May 13, Extended Hands was honored to provide Haitian Heritage Month-themed snack bags for children attending Story Time with Vice Mayor Kassandra Timothe and author Naed Jasmine Dezir.

Children enjoyed a reading of "Michael Leaves Haiti" a story that celebrates Haitian culture, heritage, family, and resilience. The event provided an opportunity for young readers to learn, connect, and engage in a meaningful cultural experience.

At Extended Hands, we are committed to supporting literacy, education, and community engagement. We are grateful to have participated in this special event and to continue serving families throughout our community.

🐾📚 had an amazing time today at the Summer Reading Kickoff and Animal Show at the North Miami Library!

We were honored to spend the day with families in our community and provide custom animal-themed snack boxes for the children. Seeing the excitement on their faces as they enjoyed the animal show and received their special treats made the day even more memorable.

Thank you to the for hosting such a wonderful event that encourages reading, learning, and family engagement. We look forward to continuing to support and serve our community through fun, educational, and family-centered experiences.
