Additional initiatives are to provide valuable programs to assist individuals with special needs in meeting their personal outcomes goals. This is accomplished through an intensive program of case management, job training and job placement services leading to increased independence and self-sufficiency. Throughout our years of service to this community, See Foundation, Inc. has assisted individuals with job placement, provided case management, organized “Book of Rights” conference for special needs consumers along with direct care support staff and others in the community. Additionally, we cultivate participation in numerous community events promoting socialization and inclusion for disadvantaged individuals. Curriculums and assessments are created to assist our clients in developing their knowledge, skills and abilities by promoting the concept of S.E.E …This in turn builds corporate citizenship, creates jobs, and increases social awareness while enriching our community. In addition, it expands and deepens our passion to improve the impact and effectiveness of our efforts throughout the Miami-Dade County both for special needs individuals and the community they live in.
