Growing future leaders, one opportunity at a time. 💕🩺

Our Love Leaders had an incredible experience exploring the world of healthcare during our field trip to the University of Miami. From learning about different medical careers to gaining hands-on insight into the healthcare field, this day inspired curiosity, confidence, and new dreams.

Exposure creates opportunity, and we’re proud to empower young women to discover their passions and imagine what’s possible for their futures. Thank you to everyone who made this meaningful experience possible!

Global Love Leader Alumni Spotlight 💕🌟.

Siara Lewis is a dedicated volunteer official for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, contributing to team services with a focus on referees. Her daily responsibilities at the referee training site include assisting with operations, supporting the medical and training staff, and ensuring referees feel at home and welcomed in Miami. Lewis finds fulfillment in her role, cherishing the opportunity to connect with people globally and expand her linguistic skills and knowledge of fútbol. Leading With Love is so proud of how Siara has turned her passion into a learning experience.

As she prepares to enter her junior year at Louisiana State University, majoring in sports administration, Lewis aims to pursue a career in international sports operations. Her volunteer experience has already provided her with significant insights into the sports industry, particularly in the international arena. She has encountered many remarkable individuals who have made a substantial impact on the game, further shaping her career aspirations.

Siara truly embodies leading with love, demonstrating exceptional leadership by seizing every opportunity to learn and grow. We absolutely love celebrating our Love Leader Alumni and are thrilled to see her continue to shine!

Today, we celebrate one of our incredible Global Love Leaders, Allisson Solorzano, a phenomenal recent graduate of Miami Jackson Senior High School who is officially ready to take on the world! Throughout her time with Leading With Love, Allisson has consistently demonstrated what it truly means to lead with empathy, dedication, and grace. As a proud and active member of our sisterhood, she has shown an unwavering commitment to uplifting others, dedicating countless hours to community service, including her impactful volunteer work with After School All-Stars, and serving as a bright, shining example for everyone around her.
Beyond her passion for service, Allisson is an exceptional and well-rounded scholar who has balanced a rigorous academic schedule with true grace. She has proven time and time again that she has the drive, determination, and work ethic to succeed in any path she chooses. With big dreams and a clear vision for her future, Allisson is ready to embark on her next academic chapter. She will be starting her journey studying Business Administration, laying down a powerful foundation in leadership and management, with the ultimate goal of continuing her studies in Medicine. From the moment I entered high school, I was determined to make my family proud as a first-generation graduate. Throughout my high school journey, I maintained a 3.7 GPA, earned a place in the Top 15% of my class, and remained an Honor Roll student while taking honors courses. I completed over 100 community service hours, earned 30+ high school credits, and was accepted into more than 10 colleges. As a member of the Leading With Love Club, I enjoyed giving back to my community and growing as a leader. This fall, I will continue my educational journey at Bethune-Cookman University, where I look forward to pursuing my goals and creating new opportunities for my future.
